NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Horsham District Council for a
Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Tanbridge Retail
Park, Worthing Road, Horsham, RH12 1AJ. The proposed
licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for
consumption off the premises each day of the week between
06:00 and 00:00. The application be viewed by contracting
the Licensing Department at the offices of Horsham District
Council at Parkside, Chart Way, Horsham, RH12 1RL.
Written representations can be made to the Licensing
Authority at the above address at any time up to and
including 13th May 2024.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
