What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

We Philps Bakery Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for Variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Cobble Corner, 1 Market Place, Marazion, Penzance, Cornwall, TR17 0AR

The application is to:

To amend all opening times from 07:00 - 23:00

To amend all off sales of alcohol from 07:00 - 23:00

To remove the Embedded Conditions - Off Licence and include new Licensing Objectives.

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 7th May, 2024.

A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching 'List of current premises licence applications'. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 01872 324210.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
