Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that HW Kensington Management Limited in respect of Premises known as Kung Fu, 180-182 Earl’s Court Road, London, SW5 9QG has applied to Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is:- (1) To extend the hours for licensable activities and opening hours in the restaurant area so that the terminal hour for the provision of late night refreshment in the restaurant area is 23:30 Sundays (as existing) , midnight Mondays to Wednesdays (as existing) and 0100 the following morning Thursdays to Saturdays; for the sale of alcohol is 23:00 Sundays (as existing), 23:30 Mondays to Wednesdays (as existing) and 00:30 the following morning Thursdays to Saturdays, with opening hours 11:00 to 23:30 Sundays (as existing), 11:00 to midnight Mondays to Wednesdays (as existing) and 11:00 to 01:00 Thursdays to Saturdays; (2) To extend the hours for licensable activities and opening hours in the function rooms and karaoke rooms so that the terminal hour for the provision of late night refreshment in the function rooms is 23:30 Sundays (as existing), midnight Mondays to Wednesdays (as existing) and 0200 the following morning Thursdays to Saturdays; for the sale of alcohol is 23:00 Sundays (as existing), 23:30 Mondays to Wednesdays (as existing) and 01:30 the following morning Thursdays to Saturdays with opening hours 11:00 to 23:30 Sundays (as existing), 11:00 to midnight Mondays to Wednesdays (as existing) and 11:00 to 02:00 Thursdays to Saturdays; (3) To add regulated entertainment to the premises licence in the karaoke rooms only from 11:00 to 23:30 Sundays, 11:00 to midnight Mondays to Wednesdays and 11:00 to 02:00 the following morning Thursdays to Saturdays; (4) To add additional conditions to the premises licence and to amend other conditions on the premises licence should this variation be granted; (5) To amend conditions on the premises licence relating to public nuisance should this variation be granted. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, 37 Pembroke Road, London, W8 6PW or by email sent to licensing@rbkc.gov.uk no later than 10th May 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.rbkc.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
