We Patagonia Welsh Roots Limited do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Denbighshire County Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence At, 96 High Street, Prestatyn, Denbighshire, LL19 9BE known as Patagonia. The application is to: - To provide the Sale of Alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises, to add the ability to also open on a Monday 11:00 - 23:00, and to remove the Chinese New Year clause as it is not relevant to this business. The full application can be inspected by contacting Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority.
Representations can be made between 27th March 2024 to 24th April 2024. Representations received after this date will not be considered. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Senior Licensing Officer, Planning Public Protection and Countryside Services, Denbighshire County Council, Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh, LL16 3RJ.
