Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Kaner International Limited, has applied to the Licensing Authority of Enfield Council for a Premises Licence for the following licensing activities: Supply of alcohol OFF the premises: Monday to Saturday between 09:00-17:00 with an Opening & Closing time: Monday to Saturday between 09:00-17:00 for the premises known as Kaner International Limited, Unit 7, Riverwalk Business Park, EN3 7QN. Any person wishing to submit relevant representation concerning this application must give notice by emailing licensing@enfield.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 07/05/2024.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offense is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting https://new.enfield.gov.uk/services/business-and-licensing/ and following the link to the Licensing Register.
