What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

I James Mably give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Land South East of Sea View Farm Shop, St Teath, Bodmin, PL30 3LR.

The application is to : Vary the licence to increase the number of one day events from:

Total of Two one day events between 15 May and 15 September each year To:

Total of Four one day events between 15 March and 15 November each year.

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 2 May 2024.

A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 01872 324210.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
