What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th April 2024 T.J. Morris Limited applied to London Borough of Hillingdon Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains 217 High Street, Yiewsley, West Drayton UB7 7GN. The proposed licensable activities are;- The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 06.00 and 24.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Uxbridge UB8 1UW no later than the 8th May 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of London Borough of Hillingdon Council and the record of the application may be inspected on the council’s website www.hillingdon.gov.uk or by contacting the council on 01895 277433. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. 
The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
