NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th April 2024 T.J. Morris Limited applied to Colchester Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, Lightship Way, Colchester CO2 8FR.

The proposed licensable activities are:- The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester CO3 3WG no later than the 8th May 2024 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Colchester Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday or on the Council's website at www.colchester.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
