What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Silvertime Amusements Limited in respect of premises known as Silvertime, 48-50 High Street, Watford, WD17 2BS, applied to Watford Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is to extend the sale of alcohol on the premises from the current hours of Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:30 and Friday & Saturday 10:00 to Midnight to the proposed hours of Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 03:00 the following morning. There will be no change to the Late-Night Refreshment or Opening hours. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Watford Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Watford, WDl7 3EX or by Email to licensing@watford.gov.uk.

Representations must be made by 6 May 2024. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Mondays and Fridays 9am to 1pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm to 5pm, and Wednesdays 11am to 5pm, except bank holidays. Requests to view the application may instead be made by contacting the licensing authority by phone (01923 278476) or email using the contact details above during working hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
