NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE
PREMISES: Pumpkin, Platform 1, Havant Railway Station,
North Street, Havant, PO9 1DP. Notice is given that Select
Service Partner Ltd has applied to Havant Borough Council
to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed variations are:- 1. To approve alterations to
the layout following a refurbishmet and re-brand to Café
Local. Details of which are shown on the plans submitted
with the application; 2. To vary the hours for sale of alcohol
to 06.00 until 23.00 Monday to Saturday and 07.00 until
22.30 on Sundays; 3. To remove the embedded restrictions
in respect of the sale of alcohol on Christmas Day and Good
Friday; and 4. Change of name of premises to Café Local.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must write to the Licensing Officer, Havant
Borough Council, Public Service Plaza, Civic Centre Road,
Havant, Hampshire, PO9 2AX. Representations must be
received by 7 May 2024. The register of Licensing
Applications can be inspected by appointment or at
www.havant.gov.uk.
It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection with this
application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
