What is proposed?

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer Simply Foods Ltd to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Barnet for a Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, Unit 6, Friern Bridge Retail Park, Pegasus Way, London N11 3PW. The application includes the following terms:- To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0600 to 0000 hours each day. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Barnet, Licensing Team, 8th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW during normal office hours email licensingadmin@barnet.gov.uk. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 25 April 2024 (http://www.barnet.gov.uk/).
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
