What is proposed?
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I, Peter Alexander hereby give notice that I have applied for a premises licence in respect of Blitz Church Row Preston PR1 1RA.
The licence is to allow. A) The Sale of retail of Alcohol. B) The provision of regulated entertainment and C) The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 11am through to 6.00am Monday through to Sunday.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL during normal office hours or at www.preston.gov.uk. Click on Licensing then public register. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing and must be made no later than 01/05/2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5000.
