NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that Dean Dugdale
(Hailsham) Ltd has submitted a premises licence
application to Wealden District Council. The
application is for a new licence for the premises
known as 84A London Road, Hailsham, East
Sussex, BN27 3AH. The application proposes the
provision of the sale of alcohol.
Anyone who wishes to make representations
concerning this application must do so in writing to:
Licensing Team, Rother and Wealden Environmental
Health Service, Town Hall, Bexhill-On-Sea, East
Sussex, TN39 3JX no later than 06/05/2024. The
full application, including hours of operation and
proposals for conditions to promote the licensing
objectives may be inspected during normal office
hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the
above address or on the Council’s website, www.
wealden.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection
with this application, for which the maximum penalty
on summary conviction is unlimited.
