760 Newport Road - Application To Vary The Licence
What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that NBM Holdings Limited has applied in respect of the Wines Galore (to be known Casa Martinez Wine Cellar), 760 Newport Road, Rumney, Cardiff, CF3 4FG for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: To vary the licence to permit alcohol sales for consumption on the premises. The hours by which the premises is authorised for the sale of alcohol shall also be varied. The new hours shall be as follows: Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on & off the premises) Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 21:00. This application shall add conditions to Annex 2 of the licence (the licence currently has no conditions). For a full list of proposed operating conditions please refer to the application using the information below. The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Cardiff County Council, Licensing Section, City Hall, Cardiff CF10 3ND between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by the end of 3 May 2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
