Licensing Authority for a premises

the following licensable activities:
1. The sale of alcohol between
the hours of 0600 and 2400
daily for consumption off the
premises.
2. The provision of late night
refreshment between the hours
of 2300 and 2400 daily.
Any person or responsible
authority (as defined by the
Licensing Act 2003) may make
representations to the Licensing
Authority no later than 1 May
2024.

Licensing Authority must be in
writing to the above address or
by email to
publicprotection@tamworth.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement
in connection with an application
and the maximum fine for which a
person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is an
unlimited fine.
