NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT STUART REED has applied to the North Warwickshire Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of:

UNIT 33, INNAGE PARK, ABELES WAY, HOLLY LANE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, ATHERSTONE, WARWICKSHIRE, CV9 2QX
Unique Indoor Golf LTD intends on selling alcohol & late night refreshments between the hours of 8:00-23:00
Monday through to Sunday.
Anyone wishing to make representation regarding the application must give notice in writing to Licensing Administration, North Warwickshire Borough Council, The Council House, South Street, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 1DE (Tel: 01827 715341) or Email licensing@ northwarks.gov.uk
WITHIN 28 DAYS specifying the ground of opposition. The application & register can also be viewed at the above address during office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000. Should representation be received a public hearing will be held.
