Application to Vary a Premises Licence

Notice is given that the Management Committee of Hale Village Hall (New Forest) has applied to vary the premises licence number 1581/3.

At Hale Village Hall, Hatchet Green, Hale, Fordingbridge, SP6 2NE.

The application seeks to vary the licence as follows:

Section J - Supply of Alcohol

Monday to Sunday between 12.00 to 23.00 and New Year's Eve between 12.00 on 31st Dec and 00.30 on 1st Jan.

Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Services, New Forest District Council, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA or via email at licensing@nfdc.gov.uk.

Within 28 days of the application A record of this application is available to view during office hours at the above offices or via www.newforest.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
