Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an
application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
vary a premises licence for The Lynd Cross, Bishopric,
Horsham, West Sussex RH12 1QR
The application seeks to vary the Premises Licence as
follows:- 1. To extend the terminal hour for the sale of
alcohol on Fridays and Saturdays until 01:00. 2. To extend
the terminal hour for opening on Fridays and Saturdays
until 01:30. 3. To extend the terminal hour for Late Night
Refreshment on Fridays and Saturdays until 01:30. The
postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out
below and a record of the application may be inspected
there during normal office hours or at www.horsham.gov.uk
at any time. A person who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in writing to the
Licensing Section, Horsham District Council, Parkside,
Chart Way, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1RL. Written
representations must be received no later than 30th April
2024.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application which, upon conviction,
carries an unlimited fine.
