NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Fareham Borough Council for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Details of the application are as follows: Application for a New Premises Licence

Brief description of proposed licensable activities at the premises: Sale of alcohol (on and off premises); Performance of plays/dance; Exhibition of films; Indoor sporting events; Boxing/wrestling and live/recorded music – 08:00 – 00:00 Monday – Thursday; 08:00 – 01:00 Friday – Saturday & 08:00 – 23:30 Sunday. Late night refreshment – Monday – Sunday 23:00 – 05:00.

Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, PO16 7AZ by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice. The closing date for representations is: 2nd May 2024.
Any representations will be notified to the applicant and will be considered by the licensing authority. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
