NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
ISSUED UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is given that we, TBO Limited, have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence in issued to Yellow Broom, Unit 2 AEON Court, 108 Main Street, Bramley, Rotherham, S66 2SE.
The application seeks consent to vary the Premises Licence so as to extend the latest hour
for the sale of alcohol by one hour on each of the days Monday to Thursday, from 9.30pm to 10.30pm; and allow the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to licensing@rotherham.gov.uk . The last date for the receipt of representations is 23rd April 2024. Any person wishing to view the Licensing Register may do so by visiting the Council’s website, www.rotherham.gov.uk /licensing . It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
