TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Allison Dore Does hereby give notice that on 28th March 2024 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council and the relevant authorities for a variation to the Premises Licence at: Emporium Worthing 37 Warwick Street, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 3DQ
The licence authorises the following:
● Alcohol sales for consumption ON the premises, 11:00hrs - 21:00hrs Monday to Sunday incl.
● Opening to the Public 11:00hrs - 21:00hrs Monday to Sunday incl.
The application seeks to vary the existing licence to authorise:
● Alcohol Sales for consumption ON & OFF the premises:
● 11:00hrs - 21:00hrs Sunday to Thursday
● 11:00hrs - 23:00hrs Friday to Saturday
● Opening to the Public:
● 11:00hrs - 21:00hrs Sunday to Thursday
● 11:00hrs - 23:00hrs Friday to Saturday
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to : The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA Or email: licensing.unit@adur-worthing.gov.uk
Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 25th April 2024

Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
