APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT SUSSEX TAVERNS LTD
has applied to Horsham District Council on 08 April
2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the
premises at The Bax Shack at Bax Castle Two Mile
Ash Horsham West Sussex RH13 0LA for the
provision of late night refreshment Monday to
Saturday 23:00 to 23:30 and the sale by retail of
alcohol (on and off sales) Monday to Saturday
10:00 to 23:00 and Sundays 12:00 to 22:30, as
more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in
relation to this application must give notice in
writing to: Horsham District Council at Parkside,
Chart Way, Horsham, RH12 1RL or by email to
Licensing licensing@horsham.gov.uk to be received
by no later than 06 May 2024 stating the grounds
for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be
inspected on the Council’s website www.horsham.
gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices
during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in or in connection with an application for
a premises licence and the maximum fine on being
convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
