Name: Craig Boden / Lewis Dyson have applied to North East Derbyshire District Council for a Premises Licence for a one off event – by the name of Plaguefest – on Sunday 14th July at:
Clay Cross Town Football Club, Mill Lane, Holmgate, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S42 6AE.
To allow the sale of alcohol and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: Live Wrestling (Outdoors) between the hours of 13:00 to 17:00
Live Music (Outdoors) between the hours of 12:15 to 23:00
Performance of dance (Outdoors) between the hours of 12:15 to 23:00
Late night refreshment (Outdoors) between the hours of 23:00 to 23:30
Sale of Alcohol: (on premises) between the hours of 12:15 to 23:30
Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing by not later than 01/05/2024 to the Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East Derbyshire District Council Offices, Mill Lane, Wingerworth, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S42 6NG or by e-mailing licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk . The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. You will need to contact the Licensing Section beforehand on 01246 217884/ 217885 to arrange an appointment. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5,000 on summary conviction.
