Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by Claire SNAPE to
Bedford Borough Council the relevant Licensing
Authority, for the grant of a new Premises Licence
for: The Willow Tree, Briar Bank Park, Luton Road,
Wilstead, Bedford, MK45 3ES to allow the following
activities to take place:
Sale of alcohol – on the premises
Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 – 23:00hrs
Friday – Saturday: 11:00 – 00:30hrs
Details of the application may be viewed during
office hours at the Council or via the Council’s
website at: www.bedford.gov.uk/licensing. ANY
PERSON wishing to make any representations
should write to the Licensing Authority, Bedford
Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street,
Bedford MK42 9AP or email licensing@bedford.
gov.uk specifying the grounds for making
representations no later than 23 April 2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction for such
an offence is unlimited.
