APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Chicken 4 U Npton Ltd has
applied in respect of Cozy African Restaurant & Bar 73
Abington Street Northampton NN1 2BH for a variation to
the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit
the following: This is an application to extend the permitted
hours for the sale of alcohol as follows; Sunday to Tuesday
from 11:00h until 23:30h Wednesday to Saturday from
11:00h until 04:00h the following morning (current
permission until 23:00h every day). To also permit late
night refreshment as follows; Sunday to Tuesday from
23:00h until 00:00h; Wednesday to Saturday from 23:00h
until 04:30h the following morning; For the above, to
maintain thirty minutes drinking up time following the last
permitted sale of alcohol. To also add the following
condition; “If the premises conducts licensable activities
beyond midnight, the premises will employ SIA doorstaff
on a risk assessed basis. Copies of the risk assessment
will be made available to any responsible authority officer
upon reasonable request.” All other permitted licensable
activities, times and conditions authorised by the existing
Premises Licence to remain unaltered. The full application
