NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I PUVANENTHIRAN KANDAIAH of 6 THE KNOLL, PRENTON CH43 5UZ. Have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: PRENTON CONVENIENCE of 338 WOODCHURCH ROAD PRENTON CH42 8PQ. For the following Licensable Activities: - Sale of Alcohol by Retail MONDAY - SUNDAY 08:00AM - 23:00PM.
A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 8TH OF MAY 2024.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
