NOTICE is hereby given that we, Mucker of Macclesfield
2 Limited have applied on 2 nd April 2024 to Cheshire
East Council in respect of the premises known as G&J
Muckers, 36-38 Sunderland Street, Macclesfield, SK11 6JL
for a Premises Licence to provide the following licensable
activities:
Live Music:
Friday to Sunday 17:00 to 22:00
Recorded Music:
Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 00:00
Friday to Saturday 12:00 to 01:00
Sunday 07:00 to 00:00
Supply of Alcohol for consumption on the Premises:
Sunday to Thursday 12:00 to 23:00
Friday to Saturday 12:00 to 00:00
Representations shall be made in writing to the below
address on or before the following date: 30th April
2024

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section

It is an offence on summary conviction, to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement
in connection with this application, the
maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
