APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE 

I/We Dudley Kingswinford Rugby Football Club have applied to SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL for a premises licence for: Allowing events 3 times a year to sell alcohol and play music outside as well as Inside on all grounds of DKRFC including Scout Field, Heathbrook, Swindon Road , Wall Heath, Kingswinford, DY6 0AW for up to 3000 people. So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Outside licencing Bar – Friday, Saturday Sunday and Monday: 9am till 23:00pm (Up to 3 times a year) Outside Licence Music – Friday and Saturday: 8am – 23:00pm Sunday and Monday: 8am – 23:00pm (up to 3 times a year) 

Please contact South Staffordshire Council’s Licensing Team, Council Offices, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX, 01902 696000, email: licensing@ sstaffs.gov.uk to arrange inspection of the application details. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 5th May 2024 Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. 

Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub-Committee. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
