QUICKSTOP CONVENIENCE STORE, 25 PARK ROAD QUARRY BANK, DUDLEY, WEST MIDLANDS DY5 2DF
To:- permit the sale of alcohol (for consumption off the premises) everyday from 0630- 2200 hours.

Representations by Interested Parties or Responsible Authorities as defined by the Act must be made in writing to the Licensing Office by the:- 24th April 2024
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine
