Notice is given that an application has been made to Derby City Council in respect of the premises shown below. Any party (including your ward councillor) or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be provided, in writing, to the above address before the date shown. If the representation is to be made in the form of a petition then contact the licensing team for further advice. Details of the application: To vary the hours for the supply of alcohol as set out below, to vary the layout of the premises as per the plan submitted and to change the name to Café Local. Days and hours: Sunday 06.00-23.00; Monday 06.00-23.00; Tuesday 06.00-23.00; Wednesday 06.00-23.00; Thursday 06.00-23.00; Friday 06.00-23.00; Saturday 06.00-23.00. Date by which representations must be provided: 2 May 2024.
