Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Premises: Tortilla, Leeds Railway Station, New Station
Street, Leeds, LS1 4DY. Notice is given that Select Service
Partner Ltd has applied to Leeds City Council for a
Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The
proposed licensable activity is: 1. The sale of alcohol for
consumption on and off the premises from 10.00 until 23.00
daily; and 2. The provision of late night refreshment from
23.00 until 02.00. Anyone who wishes to make
representations regarding this application must write to
Entertainment Licensing Leeds City Council Civic Hall
Leeds, LS1 1UR. Representations must be received by 25
April 2024. The register of Licensing Applications can be
inspected by appointment or at www.leeds.gov.uk.
It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection with this
application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
