What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Kushi-Ya Limited in respect of premises known as Kushi-Ya located at 14a Low Pavement, Nottingham, NG1 7DL to Nottingham City Council on 03 April 2024 for a premises licence.
The proposed application is:
1. To permit the supply of alcohol from 10:00 to 00:00 hours on Mondays to Sundays.
2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 hours on Mondays to Sundays.
3. To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the licensing authority at Nottingham City Council, Licensing Services, Central Police Station, Byron House, Maid Marian Way, Nottingham, NG1 6HS.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the licensing authority at the above address no later than 01 May 2024, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
