What is proposed?

Notice of Application to the London Borough of
Hammersmith and Fulham for a licence under The
Licensing Act 2003
Notice is given that Sasikumar Sebamalai has applied to the
London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for the grant
of a premises licence at Chickenland, 88 Old Oak Common
Lane, East Acton, W3 7DA
The proposed licensable activities are as follows:
The provision of late-night refreshment 23.00hrs to 24.00hrs
Sunday to Thursday and from 23.00hrs to 01.00hrs Friday
and Saturday.
Anyone wishing to make a representation about this
application must give notice in writing specifying the
grounds of representation to licensing@lbhf.gov.uk or via
our register: www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing To be received by
25th April 2024. A record of the application details may be
inspected at www.lbhf.gov.uk/licensing or by request (020
8753 1081). Persons making representations will be invited
to attend a public hearing before a Licensing Sub Committee
of the Council
It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine under Section
158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in connection with this application.
