LICENSING ACT 2003 - PUBLIC NOTICE
Exe Valley Community Bar & Venue Ltd do hereby give
notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority
at Mid Devon District Council for a new Premises
Licence at Exe Valley Community Bar & Venue, 16
Wellbrook Street, Tiverton EX16 5JW otherwise known
as Westexe Sports & Social Club (Heathcoat Hall)
The application is to: Change the use
of the Club Bar to a public Bar
Any person wishing to make representations on this
application may do so by writing to The Licensing
Section, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House,
Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon EX16 6PP not
later than the final date on this notice (below).
A copy of the application can be viewed at the
Licensing Authority's address during normal
office hours or on the Council's website: https://
www.middevon.gov.uk/business/licensing/
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with this application, the
maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
