NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SEXUAL ENTERTAINMENT VENUE (‘SEV’) LICENCE

I, Kaago Holdings Limited, 2 Lauriston Street, Edinburgh EH3 9DJ hereby give notice that on 29th March 2024 I applied to The City of Edinburgh Council for the grant of a licence to operate a SEV at Baby Dolls, 2 Lauriston Street, Edinburgh EH3 9DJ. If granted, it is intended that the premises will operate as a SEV on Monday to Saturday, 11.00am to 1.00am, Sunday’s 12.30pm to 1.00am.

Anyone wishing to object or make representations about this application must do so in writing to the City of Edinburgh City Council at licensing@edinburgh.gov.uk not later than 28 days from the date of this notice and should specify the grounds of the objection or representation, and their name and address.
