Notice of Application to Wigan Council
An application for a NEW PREMISES LICENSE
has been made by MR. MATHEW WILLIAMS
for the premises known as / situated at Hedera, 9-15 Millgate, Wigan, WN1 1YB
The application seeks to Provide live & recorded music, supply of alcohol and late night refreshments Monday – Thursday 10:00 – 00:00 and Friday – Sunday 10:00 – 02:00. Non Standard timings: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day and St Patricks Day 10:00 – 02:00.
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the councils website www.wigan.gov.uk
Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 17/04/2024. All representations must be made in writing by the above date.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
