What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that WH Smith Retail Holdings
Limited has applied in respect of the WH Smith, Swansea
Rail, Railway Station, High Street, Swansea, SA1 1NU for
the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing
Act 2003 to permit the following: Opening Hours Monday –
Sunday 06:45 – 20:00. Sale of Alcohol (off sales only)
Monday – Sunday 06:45 – 20:00. For a full list of proposed
operating conditions please refer to the full application
using the details below. Representations to this application
must be made in writing, by the end of 24 April 2024, to the
Swansea City Council Licensing Authority at Licensing,
Directorate of Place, Civic Centre, Oystermouth Road,
Swansea, SA1 3SN where the register of licensing
applications can be inspected during normal offices and/or
by contacting evh.licensing@swansea.gov.uk .
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
