What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Parjinder Singh in respect of Bilborough Convenience, 59 Bracebridge Drive, Nottingham, NG8 4PH.

For a new premises licence. The proposed application is: To permit the supply of alcohol from 07:00 to 23:00 on Mondays to Sundays.

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Commercial and Operations, Licensing, Central Police Station, Byron House, Maid Marion Way, Nottingham, NG1 6HS where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal office opening hours by prior appointment.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 24 April 2024, stating the grounds for the representations.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
