Notice is Hereby Given that I/We Paul Jones have made an application for a new premises licence held at:

The application provides for the: Selling and consumption of alcohol within a licenced bar and restaurant on and off the premises, with the provision of films, recorded music, live music and late night refreshments. Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Team on licensing@shropshire.gov.uk or to Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND within 28 days from the date of this notice.

Dated: 25/03/2024 It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
