What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Section 17(5)

Notice is hereby given that Piccolo, 42 North Hill Ltd has applied in respect of Piccolo, 42 North Hill, Colchester CO1 1PY for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol Tuesdays to Sundays from 12.00 to midnight and late-night refreshment Tuesdays to Sundays from 23.00 to midnight.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 20 April 2024 to licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk or to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the Council's offices at 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
