What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Fimasa Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Havering for a premises licence at Berwick Manor, Berwick Pond Road, Rainham, RM13 9EL, to permit the following:
The showing of films; Monday to Sunday 1000-0030
Supply of Alcohol; Sunday to Tuesday 1000-0030, Wednesday to Saturday 1000-0130
Late night Refreshment, Live & Recorded Music; Sunday to Tuesday 2300-0030, Wednesday to Saturday 2300-0130
All licensable activity to be permitted 24 hours a day for Hotel Residents and their Bona Fide guests in the hotel as per the current licence. Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours. A representation by any person or responsible authority regarding this application may be made to the Licensing Authority London Borough of Havering Town Hall Main Road Romford RM1 3BD www.havering.gov.uk.
Such representation must be received in writing by 17/04/2024 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
