LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby gven that on the 15th March 2024, Euro Garages Limited applied to North Hertfordshire District Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Nightingale, 61-65 Nightingale Road, Hitchin, Hertfordshire SG5 1RQ. The proposed licensable activities are;-

1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- North Hertfordshire District Council, Licensing Authority, Licensing and Enforcement, PO Box 10613, Nottingham NG6 6DW or by email to licensing@north-herts.gov.uk no later than the 12th April 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of North Hertfordshire District Council and the record of the application may be inspected by appointment at the above Council Offices, Gernon Road, Letchworth Garden City.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
