NOTICE is hereby given that I, Mucker of Macclesfield 2 Limited have applied on 22nd March 2024 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as G&J Muckers, 36-38 Sunderland Street, Macclesfield, SK11 6JL.

For a premises licence to provide the following licensable activities:

For the sale of alcohol:

Sunday to Thursday 12:00 - 23:00
Friday and Saturday 12:00 - 00:00

Live Music (occasional):
Friday - Sunday 17:00 - 22:00

Opening hours (including background music):
Monday - Thursday 12:00 - 00:00
Friday 12:00 - 01:00
Saturday 07:00 - 01:00
Sunday 07:00 - 00.00

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
