What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE – LICENSING ACT 2003
Take notice that Crow Wood Leisure Limited has applied to Burnley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Crow Wood Leisure
The proposed application is as follows:-
Crow Wood Leisure
Monday to Sunday 10am until 2am
Performance of Live music (indoors / outdoors)
Playing of recorded music (indoors / outdoors)
Late Night refreshment (indoors / outdoors)
Supply of alcohol for consumption (On and Off the Premises)
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is, Contact Burnley, Burnley Borough Council, Parker Lane, Burnley, BB11 2BY. The record of the application may be inspected between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to The Principal Licensing Officer, Burnley Borough Council Licensing Unit, 1st Floor Parker Lane, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 2DT by 23/04/2024 (the 28th consecutive day following the day after
the date on which the application is given to the Council).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
