NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT The Bull Charlbury Ltd has applied to West Oxfordshire District Council on 22 March 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at The Bull Charlbury, Sheep Street, Charlbury, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7 3RR.

For the provision of regulated entertainment (Recorded Music) Monday to Sunday 10:00-00:00, the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00-00:00 and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00-00:30, plus non-standard timings and as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Business Support - Licensing, Environmental & Regulatory Services, West Oxfordshire District Council, Woodgreen, Witney, Oxon., OX28 INB or by email to: ers@westoxon.gov.uk to be received by no later than 19 April 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and [he maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
