What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Mellors Group U P No3 Limited in respect of premises known as The Cube & Carnival Club located at Units 189- 191, 193 on Level 5 and Unit 195 on Level 6, The Cube, 196 Wharfside Street, Birmingham, B1 1RN to Birmingham City Council on 18 March 2024 for a premises licence.
The proposed application is:
1. To permit the supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from 08:00 to 23:00 on Sundays to Wednesdays, from 08:00 to 00:00 on Thursdays and from 08:00 to 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.
2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 23:30 on Sundays to Wednesdays, from 23:00 to 00:30 on Thursdays and from 23:00 to 01:30 on Fridays and Saturdays.
3. To provide licensable activities on specific occasions. Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the licensing authority at Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting www.birmingham.gov.uk.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the licensing authority at the above address or to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk no later than 15 April 2024, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
