Licensing Act 2003 (s17)
I, Karwan Saeedi have applied for a
new premises licence at Mr Blue, 4 Acre
St, Lindley, Huddersfield HD3 3DU on
29.02.24 to Kirklees council for: The Sale of
Alcohol (Off the premises) Sun–Sat 00.00–
00.00. Any representations must be made
in writing to Licensing Office, Flint St Depot,
Flint St, Fartown, Huddersfield HD1 6LG or
email: licensing@kirklees.gov.uk no later
than 19.04.24. A copy of the application
can be viewed at the Licensing Office or
online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly
or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable
on summary conviction is unlimited.
