What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Bar Fever Limited in respect of Premises known as Moo Moo, Regent Street, Cheltenham, GL50 1HE applied to Cheltenham Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is to extend the terminal hour for sale of alcohol (on premises) to 04:00 the following day on Friday and Saturday and regulated entertainment in the form of recorded music (indoors) to 04:30 the following day on Friday and Saturday following consultation with police licensing.

No change to opening hours or any other licensable activities which remain as existing. See application submitted to council for full details.

Any representations regarding the abovementioned application must be received in writing by: Cheltenham Borough Council Licensing Team, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL50 9SA or via email to licensing@cheltenham.gov.uk no later than 18 April 2024 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or if available on the council’s website – www.cheltenham.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
