APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Alpesh PATEL has made an application to the London Borough of Sutton to vary the premises licence at the above premises, as Hows: Proposed Variation Application to extend licensed hours lor the sale of alcohol to 07:00 -22:00 hrs every day and indude online sales by delivery. The application may be viewed on the licensing register, online at www.sutton.gov.uk or in person at the address given below.
Representations must be made in writing to the licensing Authority by post Licensing Team, London Borough of Sutton, Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton SH1 1EA or by email licensing@sutton.gov.uk, no later than: 12 April 2024. it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine lor which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is an unlimited fine.
