Notice of Application for licence
Notice is hereby given that Jacqui Moffat has applied in respect of Bodhi's, 15 West Street, Berwick Upon Tweed, TD15 1AS for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday - Thursday 11:00 to 18:00 hours and Friday - Sunday 11:00 to 21:00 hours.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 19/04/2024 to the Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public Protection Service West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 3JP where details of the application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 16:330 hours Friday 9:00 to 15:00 hours. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and is subject to a maximum fine on summary conviction for the offence.
